Any South African store — online or in-store, big retailer or small shop. If it's sold in South Africa, we can buy it and run it to you.
How much does it cost?
One flat 35% service charge on the value of your order. That covers buying, crossing the border, and delivery — no separate courier or handling fees on top.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders take 3-5 days from the day we buy your items to the day they land on your doorstep in Zimbabwe, depending on how quickly the store fulfils the order.
How do I pay?
We confirm your order and total cost with you first. Nothing is purchased until your payment is confirmed, so there are never any surprise charges.
How do I track my order?
We message you directly with status updates — confirmed, bought, in transit, and delivered — so you always know where your order is.
